Profile Assessment: The Profile Assessment is for informational purposes only. It is based on the data submitted by you and the algorithms employed by our system. It should not be used to make substantive decisions about individual careers or job placement without advice or appropriate consent from the individual.

No Professional Advice: The Profile Assessment is not a substitute for professional advice or diagnosis (e.g., psychological, medical, legal, or financial). You should consult a professional for advice in these areas.

Credit Card Payments: By submitting your credit card information, you authorize Culminate Strategy Group / Katalyzr to charge your credit card for the service fees associated with the Profile Assessment.

Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information. Failure to do so may result in delayed or suspended access to our services.

Refund Policy: Once report is sent to the user Request for refund can be submitted to support@culminatestrategy.com. Please include valid reason for refund request.
